Time for a bit of housekeeping!
TradeMe have today implemented some changes around the storage of photos on the site. This may cause listings to fail to relist.
Here is what you can do to reload your photo’s to TradeMe and get new photo reference numbers stored in Auctionitis to enable your listings to relist without further issue.
1. Ensure that you have made a back up and that all photos are still on your PC in the location you told Auctionitis they were in when you created the listing
2. Delete all unwanted auctions from Auctionitis
3. Utilities – Delete TradeMe Pics
4. Utilities – Delete unused picture records
5. Load Pics
That should put a fresh copy of your pictures on the TradeMe Servers.
The issue affects all users not just Auctionitis users – it also affects people manually listing etc they will all have to upload new pics individually per auction if they are affected so this is much better than that.
